Deposit and Cancellation Policies
- A deposit of $400 or 25% of the total rent, whichever is greater, will be required to hold the reservation at the time of booking. The remaining balance (rent plus tax and cleaning fee) is due and payable sixty days before arrival.
- Once the deposit is received, it is subject to partial forfeiture if the booking is cancelled.
- A change in dates may be subject to penalty.
- A cancellation will be subject to the following penalty:

The Date of Notification for a cancellation or a change of date(s)
is considered to be the day the Owners receive written notice,
either by mail or e-mail.
For a cancellation of any period of time in advance of original
arrival date, the penalty will be reduced to $50 if the Owners
are able to recover the total contracted rental amount through
replacement contract(s) covering the same time period for the
same number or fewer occupants per night.
The penalty in the situation of partial coverage of original rent
total by replacement contract(s) will be $50 plus any rent not
recovered through replacement contract(s) covering the same
time period for the same number or fewer occupants per night.
For any cancellation, the refund will be reduced by whatever
mode-of-payment charges that the owners incurred or will incur.
Note: The funds paid for the cleaning fee and taxes will either be returned
or credited towards payment of the cancellation penalty.
